I agree with Cherryblossom though. Psychs are just people. They can help with the situation as it is, but you are in the end the one who pulls you forward. Might be a good idea to explore handles on the situation that you can have independent of the psychs.

We can have Christmas without Santa, because actually the first Christmas, (you know, the one that happened around 2000 years ago?) had no Santa either. No reindeer, nothing of the sort. There was Mary, Joseph and the baby Jesus in a manger and that was all. Then came the Shepherds and the news started going out to people, and as time went by, eventually the world!

I hope you get the help you need Santa, and that they do the eval and meds right for you this time. I pray you will be OK and even better than that soon!

FWIW: (For What It's Worth) Commercialization of this important yet, special, holiday is to me Corporations forgetting something in ways... It's the Corporate Social Responsibility. (CSR) Anyone who studies business probably has come across this... To me, Corporate Social Responsibility isn't just the safety/ethics/legal responsibilities, They see $$$ first and forget that Christmas can be used to capitalize on the people's materialism. I know that in ways some corporations do donate during these holiday seasons (Thanksgiving & Christmas) to major projects like the food bank(s) that I suspect some utilize. So, in ways am I wrong that corporations aren't engaging in CSR? This post is in no way meant to be argumentative. Just a rant of sorts?!
