I am a Jungian Research Psychologist located in the Amazon working with Vets with PTSD

I have extensive experience in trauma and have come to the forum to share what i know hoping it can offer some helpful advice to others

Will definitely message you as I'm a recently retired Marine who has been hiding from PTSD related issues until today at my first Dr appt. Me and the wife opened up and I figured it's time to learn more of my issues. I didn't have time for PTSD on active duty as it probably would have made it difficult to train this nations toughest infantryman.

A kind word: As you undoubtedly know, many of us lack the ability to trust, and so you may receive some comments that may seem to resist you.
Please don't take this personally.

Many will value your contribution and I applaud your desire to help us.

Can I make a suggestion, @Jung in the JUNGle ?
Perhaps you could tell us about your practice, training, etc... and also about your personal experience with trauma, if applicable.
I note that you have a service dog, may I ask if it is b/c you also have PTSD?

This is a peer support site, where members are encouraged to offer support to each other based on their shared experience of PTSD or supporting someone with PTSD. We are not here to offer professional advice, diagnosis or treatment.
