First, so sorry you are struggling. It can certainly feel like drowning at times. Secondly, WELCOME! This is generally a safe place for input and support. By reaching out, you show you have hope. We will encourage and cheer you on your journey. Come here for "air" whenever you have that drowning feeling. Do you journal? That has helped me to process. It may help to sort out the multiple triggers so they can be worked on. Remember to breathe to slow your body and mind when feeling anxious. I call it the 5 to the third power principle. Breathe in through your nose for 5 seconds, hold for 5 seconds, and let out slowly through your mouth for 5 seconds. Repeat as necessary. Prayers for peace, strength and support.
