Living With A Spouse Of Ptsd For 6 Years.

Hello, I have a beautiful man, that loves me and his children with no doubt, however he is suffering from PTSD and has been for 6 years if not a little bit more. I am hoping to gain more insight, and support as I have seem to run out of energy coping with this mental illness.

I am new to this also, and I also have a husband who has PTSD and has for abou the same amount of time. I'm assuming by your name that you may also be a military family. As I said I'm new to this but am always willing to lend an ear. Sometimes it just helps to talk to someone who understands.
