Walked half an hour with the Blue Girl this morning - first thing I did was get up and exercise.

Yesterday: 45 min run

Today: 50 min run and 30 min Yoga Nidra

Been v inactive lately. Today a 5 mile walk. And at the weekend danced for 4 hours.

Annoyed myself with yesterday nunchaku practice so I'm sticking to taiji & box today.

Two miles walk, otherwise.

Thanks @Anrish - so far I have eluded it. I think I was tired and wasn't eating enough so I was able to correct it and so far so good.
Thank you for your hugs. I gave Hank a gentle hug from you.

We are just headed out for a quick lake walk. It's still fairly cold here but Hank really loves his routine. I had been using a jacket for him while his fur grew in and then the other day I thought it was warm enough for him to go with out it. He looked almost stricken - and wouldn't move from where I keep his gear until I put it on him. He breaks my heart with his openness and vulnerability.

Did a lot of core training and leg stuff :p My abs still hurt after 2 days, time to do arms for a bit

Thursday: 70 min Badminton

Friday: 30 min run and 30 min Yoga Nidra

Today: 16 km race with about 350 height meters (took me 1:47 hour)

I have Physical Therapy exercises that I do for Sciatic Nerve pain and I also went out for a walk today as well. Probably for about a mile.

Conquered social anxiety by going to the big kickboxing class - even while knowing that my "safe" instructor is out of town. Then did my hour of walking as "prescribed" by the T.

Did 20 minutes of exercise today... But high intensity.

Sprinted a kilometer, then did some weights and stuff, and then showered.
