Question for you road warriors:
Have you ever had an exercise induced migraine?

I had the weirdest experience last night in krav - the a/c had gone off and I went at the session pretty hard. I was tired but I pushed myself. Right at the end I could see blots in my vision. I wasn't dehydrated as I hydrate all day. And I felt fatigued but ok otherwise.

By the time I got to the lockers, my vision had turned into squiggly lines and strobing and I was definitely having trouble seeing. I focussed on relaxing and got home ok but it lasted about 25 minutes. I felt disoriented and odd the rest of the night.

My vision corrected and I was fine - just a bit disconcerted the rest of the night.

In the morning I got the crashing headache. I am thinking a migraine with ocular involvement since I didn't get the headache until this morning and what I experienced last night was just a migraine aura.

Just wondered if any of you sport folks have experienced it?

@City Slicker : I'm sorry to hear you had to suffer from that. I have it sometimes when I'm too tense during sport...or if it's too bright for my eyes. I can relate to that problem but I didn't find a solution for me yet.

...I was quite consequent about my Yoga this week...:wideeyed:

Lots of running as I got a free month of membership at the local gym as an 'introductory' offer. I guess the heat has been keeping people quiet and less at the gym. I have taken them up on the air conditioned track.

Also been swimming a bit too but I need those goggles because the ones I have let the chlorine into my eyes and I look like I have smoked some funny weed after my swim! lol

Not much hiking with Hank until we get a break in the heat and humidity.

I do Krav one night a week right right now and lots of cycling back and forth to work.

I am also going to tray Nidra Yoga again. It sounds very cool!
