Monday was a treadmill day - 12k at a fairly relaxed pace while watching the latest season of Orange is the New Black.
Tuesday was a rest day.
Wednesday was an hour of fairly intense low impact cardio which really got the sweat moving.

Since I have pulled back a bit (a lot) on my workouts while I heal, I notice I awake with more anxiety which makes me want to work out as soon as I get out of bed but I know it's a process and everything is ok.

I need a lot more physical activity than what I am doing but if I push it I will do damage and I won't do that. But it sure is making me look forward to full movement again.

A step at a time.
 
1 hour of pilates.
1 hour of walking 5.45 - 6.45am this morning.
Dancing during looking after the stall. Standing and doing exercises and stretching whilst looking after the stall. We were on the stall for four hours.
 
Morning stretches before getting out of bed (mostly leg, hip, and arm), several songs worth of bouncing on the mini-trampoline, and one songs worth of hula hooping. It was James Brown, so it was kinda long. lol Will be taking a walk after my morning hydration to water my strategically planted purslane and stinging nettle plants, so I'll be walking a ways with two water filled buckets.
