My week and day have been stupid, so I am just going to be content to say that I did my basic hip exercises -- nothing fancy, nothing for the abs or shoulders -- just the basics. It WAS better than nothing even if I do feel like a newb.
 
Back in the game - 10,000 steps yesterday and 7547 today so far.

9023 now so far. Have to get moving.

I fast walked 30 minutes on treadmill. I usually walk for an hour but this is an I introduction to daily walking from now on. 😃
 
Friday outside: Bench excercises, Loops for shoulders and back.. lunges, Triceps dips, biceps and triceps

Today outside: Jumping jacks 30 secondsx3, hopping, resistance bands and biceps/triceps..
 
Having gone from serious gym rat, One hour plus heavy workouts, up to fine days a week, cardio free weights and machines, to walking one hour 2 - 5 times a week, which amounts to almost no exercise comparatively. The difference? I have to think about it.
