My week and day have been stupid, so I am just going to be content to say that I did my basic hip exercises -- nothing fancy, nothing for the abs or shoulders -- just the basics. It WAS better than nothing even if I do feel like a newb.
Having gone from serious gym rat, One hour plus heavy workouts, up to fine days a week, cardio free weights and machines, to walking one hour 2 - 5 times a week, which amounts to almost no exercise comparatively. The difference? I have to think about it.
