Does working as a massage therapist count?

Deep tissue massage...now THAT'S like a trip to the gym, believe me. I get a total workout while working and getting paid. My arms have become nicely sculpted it's just my lower back that is injured. It's my day off today. Yesterday I did an hour, but it hasn't been busy during the xmas period.

On saturdays I do Muay Thai and krav maga classes, which leave me on the verge of collapse, but they force me to push through and focus. I wasn't able to make it this week though as I worked every day. I want to start doing wednesday classes as well as saturday, but still need to become a member. Muay thai goes for one hour and then another hour for krav maga.

Besides that I walk from my place to the station...which is about a half hour walk, and ride my bike pretty much everywhere when I'm not being lazy taking the bus, train or tram. I'll have to get me one of those gadgets that tells me how many kms I've ridden so far...
 
I've been shit at exercise lately. I'm in. To start off my log with a laugh some highlights from last week:

- I ran from one end of megaterminal JFK T4, carrying my luggage, to the other... And back. When they changed the damn terminal (and were bussing directly from my arrival gate way back at gate38. (I need a rolly luggage thing). I've tried to find the actual distance online. As yet 2/3s of a mile to "stretches on for f*cking ever" seems to be the range. Flat out, carrying about 60lbs, it took me about 18 minutes. That used to be my 3 mile time. So it was probably about half a mile. So. Puny.

- Spent about an hour and a half standing at attention. Which would be no big deal, if I'd not been slouching for the past 10 years. Holy smokes. I forgot I had muscles in certain parts of my body. ((ETA: I think I'm going to add that to my daily. Not 90min. But maybe 15 or 30. Ratiocination.))

Today... I have blisters (not from the terminal, from about 4 hours of walking DC in high heels while triggered / didn't notice my shoes filling with blood) that go down to the bone. So I'm wearing flip flops for the next week or two. Since im gimpy my only exercise at the moment is from the waist up: I'm doing 50 crunches & 5 four count push-ups an hour. AKA My ticket to go outside and smoke.
