found a first person view bike ride on you tube of new york city... half hour watching that and riding stationery bike for 20 - 25 mph most times.

30 min of exercises with my own body weight - four exercises, three sets with eight repititions.

12k this am on a picture-perfect almost-winter day. Frigid here, blue sky, lots of other runners and people just enjoying being out. I have that beautiful fatigue I get on runs like this when it's so cold out and then coming into a warm house. Endorphins, endorphins, endorphins...love this feeling. Krav Maga class late tonight.

I have done a lot of things today, like the laundry and taking out the garbage that I don't do every day. Also organized my closet. Starting my day off doing something I dreaded doing got me in the mood to "DO" today instead of chill and relax all day.

Two miles today with the pup. Lots of running in the yard and playing tug.

If anyone wants to work on their core and arms, I've got an 80# pup who will work as a personal trainer for kibble and cuddles.
