What emotion or something matches -an empty nauseous feeling?

If something brings up a nauseous empty feeling

What is that?

Usually that’s anxiety for me.

That one is usually shame/guilt or survivor guilt for me
And it's usually related to something that I have "my" story and the "real" story bouncing around in my head.

i treat that like dissociation. the whatever is going down one of the roads i habitually avoid and react with a freeze reflex.

For me I am guilty of something and I am anxious over it and scared to deal with it, especially if is a person to person thing…

To me that feels like 'doom anticipation', I know something bad is happening/ will discover its happened but don't know what that thing is in the moment.

For my own self… guilt + fear.

…whether accurate or? WHOLLY NOT! Meaning it’s still the feeling getting called into a BS job office about…BS. Like? A new employee doesn’t like my perfume. I STILL get the gutting response, even when totally unwarranted.
