Looking For People With Mother Trauma And Ptsd

Hi I am looking for people who have maternal (mother) trauma and have PTSD.

I have wondered why I did not die as a child, as well. I agree mother would have been way harder to leave if she were lovable,,,I mean acted loveable. I loved her and love her still, but recognize the reason your mother cant love you is not because you and sadly not because of her.....But I can honestly say that recovery is based on an ability to abstain from abusers....my mother is my first abuser and I have been free of her for fifteen years. okay for ten or so-Then four years ago- the whole world changed and I flooded with the five and under. four weeks of writing, writing, sleep kind of, write...

Are you saying that four years ago you came into contact with her again, or just with memories of her?

Yes, my mother was my main perpetrator, and abuser; father too, but not as terrible. My mother would emotionally split, where she couldn't stop; like with you, my sister and I thought our lives were at stake.

I believe that you will find that there are also others, that share this situation.

It is a difficult one. Is there a particular aspect that is bothering you , at this time?

Yep, me too.
I actually decided to take more distance from her not long ago.

I've been told I didn't die because I was a strong kid. Sometimes I'm skeptical about those kinds of explanations, but maybe you were a strong kid too. If you want to ask anything feel free...
