Are you quitting smoking?

Well, yes and no. Smoking was not the resolution or the countdown, but actually yes I did also give up smoking on 17th Jan 2014 - that is the date of my last cigarette. That has been a success.

I have now decided to stop this countdown. It is pointless now that I am past the new year. I will write more about it in my diary which is less public than this forum.
