Melatonin

I went to my pychiatrist today and he decided to add some melatonin in addition to my other meds to help with sleep. I was wondering if anybody else had any success using melatonin? Thanks!

I use melatonin all the time, it was recommend to me by another person on this site and it really helps me sleep. I don't think I can sleep without it :)

I use it too and it helps me to some extent, how much is hard to say. Everyone is different.

By the way, this is over the counter stuff so you don't need an MD to give it to you, unless having an Rx for it makes it cheaper.
