My doctor did recommend starting Nortryptaline again, and I did, but went off again after a couple weeks. I don't know. Sometimes I just feel like meds aren't the answer.

Why? Taking medication is not a weakness.

@Ayesha - I just personally do not like being on them. Side effects are annoying, its annoying to have to remember to take them (which I'm terrible at), and I'd rather just not have to worry about it. I'm not saying meds are a bad thing, or that other people shouldn't take them, I just would rather not. I still take them, especially short term ones for infections, asthma, and other stuff, but I just get sick of taking them. I was also just finally coming off of blood thinner injections at this time, and so I was REALLY sick of medication. I wouldn't be completely against going on them again, I just would rather not. Specifically my migraine meds didn't really seem to do much for me either. They maybe helped a bit, but I still had constant headaches maybe just not quite as severe all of the time. Its a huge annoyance dealing with them, if they aren't even doing what they should be doing.
