Sorry to hear you went through this... There are people in here who went through similar things, so you are definitely not alone. May I ask, whether you have ever been in therapy or whether you are considering it now? It can be really helpful for your recovery...

But like @bluebird says, I also hope you have some real life support, and perhaps a therapist to help you to move forwards from the past?
