ED My anorexia is getting worse

Up your intake of cheese and other animal products and avoid high fiber vegetables and fruit. Supplement with a multi vitamin and probiotics. There is also an herb that I use called Mallow root. It replenishes the mucus coating of the intestinal wall which helps balnce out going to frequently and not going enough. It also helps with nutrient absorption from going too much. Nettle tea is also great for helping to replenish nutrients lost.
 
You get them both at health food stores. Mallow root is the root of the marshmallow plant. The leaves and seeds can be eaten, and the root is a mucilage.You may be familiar with the weed variant sometimes called cheese weed. You can get it in capsule form, although some places sell the just the root as well.

When stinging nettles are dried they no longer produce the stinging effect but a tea made out of the dried plant is very rich in bio available nutrients and can also have an anti-inflammatory effect. When you have a problem with going too much, stuff moves through you so fast that it is hard for your body to absorb the nutrients. So high bio availability is a huge plus, as your body can absorb more of the nutrients quicker. You may be able to get this in capsule form as well.

I have used both of these successfully to treat my issues with going to often. I haven't had issues in quite a while now.

I too think that if you haven't been evaluated by a Dr recently, that a check up might be in order. The thing with anorexia is that it messes with your entire system, from brain to butt. I'm not being funny. Your body is lacking nutrients, vitamins, antioxidants, sodium levels are probably screwed up along with sugar levels.

You need a diet that hits all food groups to assist in putting these things back into your body, but in a way that won't upset the delicate balance that your body is in right now. I know this is frustrating, being that you want to get better, but I'm sure that you are also worried about regaining weight too. Your body needs fuel to survive, without it, it starts to shut down.
