Hi,
My husband recently joined this group and told me about it and that I could join too in order to find others that are in relationships with PTSD sufferers.
I am 30 years old and my husband is a stay at home dad. He was asymptomatic when we first got together, but he has gotten worse in the past 4 or 5 years. I want to help him and he is seeing a psychiatrist, but it is hard b/c I don't know what to do. Everything I say or do seems to make it worse.
I am kind of at the end of my rope. I am totally committed to my husband and my son and the life we are making together, but it is so hard to get though life when he is so miserable.
Thanks for listening.
