My Medication Mix

Hello,
PTSD with nightmares, depression anxiety. My current meds control the depression and anxiety but I've struggled with nightmares since elementary school and desperately want to sleep.

I'm currently taking:
Elavil 50mg
Levoxyl 75mcg
Celexa 40mg
Wellbutrin XL 300mg

All once daily.

I want to know what others have done or tried to sleep at night. I'm open to any suggestions.

What time of day do you take the Wellbutrin?

I assume your taking the elavil at night before bed?

I liked that one when it still worked for me.

You may want to talk to your doctor about Prazosin. (like you need more pills hey? Lol) It's a hypertension med. It's also prescribed off-label for insomnia. It is also supposed to help with nightmares, I've heard mixed reviews about that. But it does a pretty good job of knocking the wind out of one's sails.

Trazadone worked for me for awhile for sleep. Off-label.
