Labeling and mislabeling -- This is an extreme form of overgeneralization. Instead of describing your error, you attach a negative label to yourself.

I am labelling myself harshly and it means I am checking out into avoidance and dissociation. It needs to stop. I need to be here.
 
Over-generalization -- You see a single negative event as a never-ending pattern of defeat.

I just do this - I just slip into it so easily.

I slip in to my default mode of freeze and fawn and then I really hoe in to myself as if my whole life is a failure.
 
Mental filter & Magnifying & Emotional reasoning.

Or: Just because I feel ten shades of awful, it must mean I'm incapable, and will fail my meetings and disappoint both myself and other people, leading to denial of help, I can help aall that by simply not going. (Made myself go and disasters weren't happening, to the contrary.)
