Tomorrow my father is coming to take my car,

I made my dads netlix the profile of that baby :LOL

I am slowly beginning to accept that despite my
injury ( PTSD ) I still have to do human things

I was better 5 years ago

I made some terrible decisions and I am way worst now

My goal is to have physical health

and know how to socialize with people again

I have been advised to do 5 min walks a day and
cook once a week

I will try online training which is paid, to help you get work
later I don't know if its for me,
I try it out July 4 I think for 3 hours a week

I found all I could do living alone was watch tv
It works to find someone we admire and
listen to them
I choose Jesus

Because of him i got of my medication,
I have lost the excess weight I put on
I'm not saying I never have fear or anxiety
or worry or cry or grieve

I did find ASMR relaxing
I am unsure and I doubt journalling alone ever helped

but when you cant find any friend to trust or professional who gets it
and MADE IT WORST!

Unless someone has been through they will not understand
and JESUS HAS!
He was betrayed , HAted, crucified for OUR SINS
I will never forget what he has does for us

Welcome !!!! For a start to being social I guess this is a start. Sounds like you're working hard on yourself. None of us are what we used to be and maybe that's supposed to be a good thing. I've been Journaling my past experiences and trying to look at them non judgmental and compassionately then thanking my mind for showing me that then gently letting it go not to haunt me anymore. It's tough. Glad you're here !!!
