I used to make shakes, (yoghurt, bananas) until I threw a cup across the kitchen and my blender fell apart. :speechless:
In the end I ate a lot of bananas, yogurt, I bought rice crackers. And bits of oatmeal, not with milk but with almond juice (which kind of resembles milk and tastes great once you get used to it. It´s easier to digest).
I have been doing a lot better. And gained two kg. I feel like I can keep this up, slowly. For me the best advice was that I should not feel like I have to eat right now. It also helped to get outside once in a while, do progressive relaxation and tension-relieving techniques (stretching & breathing) to get my digestion back to normal.
@Friday feel better soon, I hope you´ll be improving! :)
