Not Familiar To Me.

I have nobody to talk to other than this site right now as I sit alone in my room drinking vodka and pineapple juice. My mental creativity is low. I can't think of something witty to say and it hurts. I'm refraining from swearing so I know it's bad. So much negative intensity for such a small person.

I hope you're doing better today, maybe got some sleep? Negative nasty comes in all sizes, but there's ways to get out of that yucky place. Maybe look at some the threads on coping skills, it's where I found ideas of what to try until I figured out which ones work for me.
