Firstly, speak with your doctor to be diagnosed. Secondly it doesn't sound like PTSD at all, but then, that is what your doctor is there for. Thirdly, I am no doctor, and just going by your thread, it sounds like health anxiety. This is something else you can mention with your doctor too.
If it is healthy anxiety, number one rule with this one is refrain as much as possible from symptom checkers, this will only fuel your health anxiety to the max! Definitely think about CBT as this can help with health anxiety too.
