I am very intelligent. I have a very hard time admitting that - even writing it out made me cringe and want to delete it, but no: it's the truth. I am allowed to be proud of my intelligence. The voices of the abusers in my head need to stop telling me constantly that I'm dumb, stupid and useless. I hope to one day have those voices quiet enough that I can ignore them.
