To take the time to pat myself on the back for all that I have accomplished in a short time.

Now becoming so organized that I know when all my bills are coming, etc. by each month, that I have in a binder. Less stressful for sure as I now look at the binder for April!
 
I'm frustrated that physically ill today but I know it is temporary. If I take care now, not push myself, and just accept it I'll get better sooner. And then I can really get down to business. So I'm really practicing patience today.
 
I am bouncing back faster and taking the drama in better strides (no yelling, no threatening, no crying, no rage). Holding uncomfortable feelings is hard still though.
