I worry about the medical staff and that I make sure I am a good patient. Years of growing up around the health field, due to health reasons, and my mom was a nurse with many nursing friends and hearing their stories. Though, from time to time, I do get a bad medical person, I'm still a good patient. Kill them with kindness and don't tolerate poor behavior, for the most part. Come to think of it, maybe I'm too sympathetic. Oh well. I'm a good patient no matter how bad I'm feeling.

@Solara - It doesn't come easily for me. But I'm trying to really look at myself and do it. I've only posted a couple of things. The last one, just above yours, was the first one that I really felt IS true about myself. The ones before it I sort of borrowed from what other people have told me about myself . . . I'm trying to see things more objectively AND also recognize that saying kind things about myself, when they do have some accuracy might help build myself esteem.

So, even if you were to write "I speak/write clearly to the point" (which, from my perspective is something you do on this forum), to write that may not be saying something "kind" about yourself, but it would be objective, there's nothing wrong with speaking/writing clearly, and it could help provide an in-road to seeing and accepting those things in yourself that are positive that you could say something kindly about. Am I making sense?
