One Pot Screamer These Days

I too have used alcohol in the past and like Anthony, I can now have one or two drinks and be done. I LOVE the taste of beer and the taste of Rum. But I promised myself that 1 or 2 is all that I need. I don't have anymore than that for me. This is after I did not drink any for about 5 weeks.
