Our town this time of year because it's one big beach, and now because we are in our own house which feels so much safer. Like it's really our town now. We live here.

Happy memories of childhood (although there were few) and some from adult years all of which include my baby sister who passed last October. I found that after a good cathartic crying spell I am able to remember the happy times better...not sure why that is, but I'll take it and be happy.

I was at Hobby Lobby today and they had some little, flat wood ornaments that you can paint/decorate for your Christmas tree. I had a whole set of these when I was younger and remember painting them while watching the Brady Bunch. :) Seeing those and having that memory made me smile.

My puppers has been sick. She has always had this 'Scooby Do' talking thing she does. She started out the day doing that today. So I know she is feeling much better and will be ok. Every time she 'talks' it makes me laugh out loud.
