I got through today so far - a whole daylight day- with out a SINGLE emotional flashback. Not getting dressed, not getting in the bath ( such a big one usually) . Not when something went wrong. I have had a day ‘off’ and there will be many more.

@Tornadic Thoughts - I love that video. It's like looking at a lovely painting to me, only it moves and changes, and draws me in. I find it very stirring for some reason this morning. Kind of like dance and music for me, I think. ???
