A call from a friend from work. She said "I gotta call LuckiLee, she'll make me laugh". And laugh we did. Love ya Kissa.

My older cat, who is sick and looks it, jumped from the windowsill to my desk to see what I was doing. That's the most active she's been in the last 3 days.

Homegrown stuff made me smile. Which used to have a whole different meaning in my world. lol

More growth in the garden/yarden, harvested more radishes, will soon be able to harvest fresh kale, cilantro, dill, basil, and more chives.

Most of the tomatoes and peppers are still alive indoors and still growing (knock on wood).

Watermelon and cantaloupe seeds have sprouted indoors.

The fenugreek seeds I'm sprouting for salad fixings are growing nicely.

So grateful for the chance to be a part of the growth process, even if I do totally screw things up on occasion.

My friend And I were praying and she ended her prayer with thanks to Jesus. I had forgotten to thank Him so I thanked Him for the Vending Machine. We laughed and giggled and I smiled at some point.

Took my cat to chemo this afternoon and on the way home we stopped so I could clean up her carrier. She got out and had the BEST time looking out the windows.

Thanks. She was diagnosed 9 months ago and is holding her own. Really gets on pretty well.

Two days in a row of the hubby looking/sounding/expressing that he's feeling much better. May the wellness settle in and decide to stay a long while. So f'n grateful.

Then my first gold finch sighting of the season happened. Ahhh....my little sunshines with wings. ? Huge smile bonus!
