Gia1019.. i do this weekly and have been for a bit.. I had disossociated during all of my abuse and that expanded decades.. literally. I had no idea until the flashbacks started.. it is a long story, with so many abusers beginning at age 3. Anyway, this therapy has helped so much, more than the traditional therapy I had been doing and had done in the past for other issues. I cannot imagine tackling these traumas without this specialized therapy. Yes, it is a specialized training/certification. I hope that you can use it. Stay strong. Stay safe
