Peter A. Levine

Are any of you familiar with Peter A. Levine's method in therapy?

I know my T is educated by him, and intends on using his method on me!

I don't know about his methods of therapy, but I have read the book that CB has put the link to above. I was fascinated by it, and it really helped me understand some aspects of my reaction to trauma.
I would certainly recommend it.
