Gus the groundhog/whistle pig/woodchuck heading to the wood pile:

The golden colored geometric winged dragonfly that hung around on the screen for about 3 hours during the worst of the thunderstorms:

The black and copper colored dragonfly with a hint of milky-bluish spots on its wings (doesn't show up as clearly in the pic as it did in real-time) hung out on the sassafras root for a little while after the storm:

The goldfinch couple scoping out the raised beds after a storm. I often refer to the males as being bright little sunshines with wings:

These fleabane flowers look like they want to share a hug:

Today's hurry/blurry kodak moment was of the sentimental flutter-by variety - it fondly reminds me of the gentleman I used to do non-medical care-giving for after leaving my f/t job - one just like it came to us injured one day and didn't leave - we nurtured it for a few days until it passed:
