Physical Pain From PTSD

Hi mine got better I had over a year to 18 months intense muscular pain and physical jerking and tightening of muscles . When it subsided I joined a gym and made my body strong and began running, something I had never done before, listening to music, my escape and meditation. I still work out, run and have found this to be the best therapy. I take medication and would not come off it as this keeps anxiety and depression down but definitely the exercise is key . Relieves stress, releases endorphins and makes you feel good mentally :)
