Pickle juice slushes?

For those of you that live in the US you may be familiar with the food chain Sonic that announced today that they are going to start selling pickle juice slushes this summer. If you are not familiar with slushes they are frozen flavored drinks that come in hundreds of flavors.

So I would ask would you try a pickle juice slush? What is the most unique flavor you would be willing to try? I tend to be conservative with foods and drinks so I might try a sip of pickle juice if someone else purchased it but I will stick with my basic cherry slush.

Eh, no, I wouldn’t try it. But then again, I don’t even like pickles.

I went to a friends house for movie night last night. She and her husband are from south Texas. They told me that down there, people put pickle juice on their popcorn! Lol, I passed.

I do love the sonic guys in the commercials.

I grew up loving food from Sonic. The cheese tots, chicken fried steak sandwiches and cherry slushes were a treat of a meal. Their footlong coney dogs (12 inch chili covered hot dog) are amazing and much better than the "world famous coney dogs" in the part of the US where I live now. I like pickle juice in a bloody mary but definately not on popcorn. I like the guys on the commercials as well.

Hmmm...Pickle juice slushies? Can't imagine it, yuck!:yuck: Dip my hamburger in pickle juice, maybe, and slap it on a bun with lettuce, onion, and a tomato. That would be Ok but don't make me drink the stuff! Blehhhh!!!! :yuck::yuck: I can't even begin to think of another flavor to suggest after putting a pickle juice slushy in my head. No, not good!

My twin brother tried their peanut butter and jelly sandwich slushy once. It tasted EXACTLY like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich... he hasn't gone back for it, lol

Pickle juice does have lots of health benefits, but probably not in slushy form lol
