Yes, grooming a child is a crime. Most states place the age limit at 16.

I'm not a 'cop apologist' or a victim blamer. I do believe that you need help with your legal battles, and sincerely hope that you get it.

I also don't believe in enabling a downward spiral. When I'm starting to spin out, being reminded about how to bring things back into manageable steps helps me. There are steps you can take to make progress in your situation; I'm sorry there doesn't seem to be anyone there who can help.

But I still hope you'll consider asking your sister.

I feel that seeing a mental health specialist would be helpful to you at this time, to help you to deal with how you are feeling. I see and I understand that you are very upset. WHen I am upset, I try to contact an emergency help-line or my therapist or someone who is a good listener, like a relative or a friend. I pour out my heart to that person and I hoipe for some kind of comfort from them. Usually there is some kind of comfort. Be well, my friend. Be sure to take care of yourself physically, like getting enough sleep and eating healthy. Stay with people, try nt to be alone. I hope you can feel better.
