I don't want to give her name, out of respect for her, but suffice it to say she is new to the forum and needs our prayers.

I have a similar vein to ask for prayer in - I am in a dire financial situation and praying for God's provisions and for his miraculous glory to show in how he cares for me. I believe in you, Lord Jesus, I still believe in you and I hand everything to you right now at the end of my rope because You are all I have! Rescue me!

Amen, sister, yes, Jesus is all we have, except that we do have the Father and the Holy Spirit too. Ask God for wisdom too, as He will grant that request gladly, and sometimes when it comes to money matters, we need wisdom and discernment in order to spend what money we have wisely. And when we are short on funds, God can give us wisdom as to how to go about getting help. Personally, I go to the Food Pantry in our town for free food. I just ate some of it for breakfast this morning. I am not ashamed to accept charity! Churches can help too, as can Social Services. Social Services gave me $200.00 toward my electric bill, I get EBT (Food Stamps) and I also have other benefits that have been given to me for various things. Don't be afraid to ask for help!

Please pray for "J.C." he lost his baby brother who was his only remaining family member, and he is taking it very hard.

While you are at it I could use a prayer for my grief to pass and give way to gratitude, happiness, and respect for my dear friends life and his generous and loving friendship.

And if you don't mind, please pray that my friends transition to the next life is an easy one filled with light and love.
