I needed to take a break from parts work. It left me with the rawest of emotions and half in the past and barely in the present. Spending days on my couch in an emotional firestorm, painful and grieving feelings. I can't take this week after week. It does work much more quickly at accessing emotions, which is necessary for healing. But I need a break. I need to find a new therapist also, as mine terminated me with no referral to another.
