Yeah. I get odd stuff too. I can't think of any off the top of my head - I probably suppress some of my memory of the bizarre stuff.

And today? I woke up w/raging sore throat, can't drink cold water or hot tea, and glands so swollen in my neck you can see them. And part of my idiotic-guilt-ridden PTSD brain (n.b. MY ptsd brain; no one else's) thinks I deserve to be sick for writing about it yesterday. ?????????????

I have similar experiences. It seems I can get sick at the drop of a hat and take forever to get well. When triggered my joints ache, muscles cramp, etc. I can breathe and relax all I want, but it is slow to rectify.
