Today is 'r u ok?' Day. It's about suicide prevention and general mental health awareness. It's about opening up a conversation and being honest with your answer. It's about getting rid of the taboo of talking about how you feel and listening when someone tells you that actually, no, they are not ok, being prepared for the answer. So...... are you ok?

And if you don't feel like answering in the thread that's just fine, perhaps you could ask someone you care about if they are ok.
 
Maybe. I went numb yesterday or the day before (odd hours, about 36 hours ago) sometime in my sleep/ while I was dreaming actually (had a nightmare but I didn't care. It didn't touch me at all), and it feels like it's going to stick. Which could be problematic. Or beneficial. I don't know which, yet. I haven't been like this in a very, very long time. I think it's a bad sign, overall that I'm still getting worse, but it may be useful.
 
No emotions. Anger can break through, but even that is tamped way down. Took the opportunity to go on a spider hunt. Maybe I'll go swimsuit shopping tomorrow. No fear, no guilt, no remorse. Been here and done this before. Just not for a long time.
