Recognising The Small Positives

I can remember that I made certain decisions and that was the best I could do at the time. Some of the were wise, some I can see 20/20 in hindsight. It was the best I could do.

I am more present in my body today.

I've finished most of my shopping. Thankfully with a check from my father I was able to do so. Plus I saved up for this.

I can cry and release something out of myself that was building up, or has built up to be so big in my body, mind and heart.

That I am reading good books.

That my dad gave me some money and I can buy gifts that I actually want to buy for those who deserve it. Like my husband.

I am managing.

I am noticing more of what I need to do.

I got a nice postcard with a cute seal via postcrossing.

That I am making small improvements.

Such a huge positive moment for me that I have been working through my feelings about my former boss after receiving a very questionable e-mail from her.

I was able to stay centered and to remember my experiences with her from the past that were not very pleasant.
