So after almost 10 months of Zoloft 200mg a day I'm dropping 50mg a week, currently on 100mg a day and feeling great, I was prescribed
Neulactil 2.5mg to control my anxiety and it is working really well,
I still have all the other crap in my head and I am starting exposure therapy to deal with that, I find the anxiety worse than everything else put together and it is a product of all the other stuff.

glad to hear that! also glad to hear that zoloft helped you. After two months on it, it just made me worse (more depressed, among other things) so I quickly went off it after I told my doctor. Feeling like you don't need to take anything for anything anymore is a good feeling, to me at least. You may still have hard days, but they will subside and you will notice you will have more and more good days!

stay strong~

Good for you! But are you reducing the Zoloft in consultation with a doctor? 50mg a week sounds like a lot..

@Snowwhite

Yes it is under supervision, My psychiatrist felt that the Zoloft could be removed and that the Neulactil was controlling my anxiety,
I have had this memory in my head for thirty years and it remains, The anxiety has only been unbearable for twelve months, I still have anxiety but at a very low level, In two weeks I return to him and depending on how I am going we will see what the next step is,
I think I should explain my feeling great really is, It's about as bad as a hangover after a big night out and considering how I was eight months ago I'm feeling great,

I am on the last week of Zoloft now with one day to go,
I am irritable tied and feel like crap, I am back to sleeping most of the day,
