Please remember me - this is the first Christmas that I am not with my family since I disowned my parents this year. My siblings battle with my decision and have been distant, now they are away together for Christmas and I am feeling disconnected and lonely for family.

I don't regret my decision to deparent at all, it has been very healing. However, I am sad and lonely and desperate for connection.
