I'm working with my T on certain goals. I'm having a hard time completing them from a mental standpoint but in addition, just remembering to do them is an issue.
Until now I've been using reminders in my phone but it's too easy to snooze, snooze and eventually forget about it.
Anyone have any ideas (other than a notebook) to remind myself when to do specific tasks?
