Roommate Problems, Again

Does he perceive a difference between 'friends staying over' and 'being host for casual sex'? That was my first thought, that these might be hookups. Or a strange confluence of friend, friend, hookup. Maybe clarifying that he needs to go to their place?

@Fadeaway Nah, I really doubt there are any drugs involved, or even anything illicit ... he's super straight-laced and is generally very responsible. I don't even think he ever drinks. But he is obsessed with this whole "couch surfing" culture thing and "makes friends" with strangers and travelers. @Ragdoll Circus Thanks. I am pretty sure he'll leave when he's supposed to, because his contract at work is up then and he'll have to leave the country. I actually am wondering if he's taking advantage of these last few weeks precisely because he knows he's leaving and he thinks he can walk all over me and get away with it? Hard to tell. He appears to have moved someone else in without my knowledge, but I can't tell because he has locked his room, so I can't check to see if there is luggage in there as I suspect. @joeylittle They don't appear to be hookups, because the last couple guests have been men and he's not gay. Honestly, I'm not really sure what to make of this whole situation. It definitely freaks me out that he now appears to be hiding the fact that he is letting someone stay here .... I really hope I'm wrong though.

The fact remains that he is doing something wrong and I wonder if you could call someone for some legal advice regarding this matter. It sounds so shady to me.
