I'm looking for opinions.
My SO avoids group therapy and although has a good support system from several friends and myself, non of us are pros and we have not dealt with this before. I came in here and in just a short time found some confidence in myself due to all the information I got from all of you. Not to mention the relief when I finally got to vent my frustration to someone.
Here is my question. I feel my SO would get some benefit if she came in also. My fear is that she may recognize me and some things I say when I really need to let it out may not be good for her to hear.
