If you did that, I think all you need to do is log in. (On my computer, there's a spot in the upper right of the page.) If that doesn't work, at the bottom of the page, you might find what you need in the "Help Pages". I'm not sure if a guest can start a "Help-Ticket" (in the black bar at the top of the page, at least for me) or not, but that's also a way to get things sorted out.
Silent.. EMDR, brain spotting, is NOT like that at all.. I completely understand your hesitation. I am currently working weekly doing both. It is hard. I won't lie to you. It hurts. It makes you feel pain that you don't want to ever again, but tgen it's gone as much as it ever can be gone. You don't have to hurt like this forever. Read up on it if you need understand how it works. It may be hard to find a therapist that does EMDR or brain spotting but it will be worth it. Promise.
