[Abstract]

This is what I have done for lymph swelling Silver ( I don't have sarcoidosis so disclaimer here!): Castor oil (if you can bear to lightly put it on) and then cover with a cold wet cloth and secure. Obviously you dont want pressure but from what you say this may not be possible for you. Bizarrely castor oil applied topically can help lymph glands drain. Weird I know! Thinking of you at least. Hope it subsides.
